Naltrexone Pellets
Naltrexone pellets are packaged in a plastic syringe that has been modified so that the opening is beveled. When the plunger of the syringe is pressed, the pellet is expelled easily from the beveled opening directly into the tissue. No additional handling is required, so the risk of dropping or contaminating the pellet is decreased. Each syringe is packaged in an individual pouch and sterilized before being dispensed.
