Wedgewood Pharmacy’s DEA registration to dispense controlled substances is restored
Wedgewood Pharmacy and the United States Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration DEA have agreed to settle an eight-year dispute over the interpretation of certain DEA regulations that had prevented the company from receiving, storing and dispensing controlled substances since a 2003 move to a new pharmacy location.
